[BY TILKORAPII.— PIIKSH ASSOCIATION.) Christohoroh, Monday. The Conciliation Board met to-day, when three of the firms concerned in the boot trade dispute declined to acoept the recommendation of the Board, and a fourth case was adjourned. The Carpenters' Union of workers declined to accept the recommendations or the Board in thematter of their dispute with the Master Builders' Association, The Board meets on Monday to consider a dispute between the Christchurcb Painters' Union of workers and the master painters. It is set out that the latter have failed to comply with the Duion rules, and also to meet the Union in conference to settle questions of wages, employment of apprentices, and overtime.
