Press Association.— Telegraph.— London, March 17. The Bank of New Zealand E cates debentures proposals have been adopted, Wellington, Wednesday. The proposals respecting the New Zealand Estates Company's debentures, mentioned in the cable, are to redeem them at a slight premium, but no further particulars than this have reached the office of the Bank.
