Washington', December 27. The House, by a majority of 121, passed the Tariff Bill, increasing the annual revenue by forty millions. It is estimated that the increase in the wool duty will yield twenty-fire millions. The new charge amounts to G'o cents, per lb. on unwashed wool, aad 32 per cent, on carpet wool. London, December 27. The Times' New York correspondent says the Senate will not pass either of the financial Bills in their present shape, as they were intended to form part of a Republican programme at the next election.
