GREAT MEETING IN LONDON. TURKEY'S PARTITION ADVOCATED. LETTER FROM MR. GLADSTONE. Press Association. —Klecfcric Telegraph.— London, December 18. At an immense meeting in the City Temple, Dr. Parker referred to Turkey us the Beelzebub of Europe, and urged its partition. A letter was read from Mr. Gladstone, in which he said the Powers were prostrate at the feet of an impotent Sultan, who sanctioned massacres daily, and with their cognisance.
