[llir TCIiKQKAPH, —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Dunkdin, Thursday. A PETITION was filed to day in the Supreme Court for tho winding upof tho Colonial Bank under the Act of last session. A summons was taken out for hearing in Chambers tomorrow, to appoint three provisional official liquidators. Tho names proposed are tho Hon. Mr. Larnach, Messrs. W. B. Vigors and Keith Ramsay. Tho appointment of the liquidators proposed will be contested on behalf of certain shareholders.
