SUPREME COURT.— Chambers. Tuesday. [Before His Honor Mr. Justice Conolly.] probate. Probate was granted to tho executors of the wills of Donald McLean, Alexander Crawford, Thomas Lambourne, George Worrall, Walter Wilson, and Gerald Edward Flower. ADMINISTRATION Letters of administration were granted in the estates' of Mary O'Keefe, Walter Arinitage Oliphanb Stewart, Samuel Barriball, Joseph Rogers, Charles Watts, and Henry George Bartlebfc. LEAVE TO SELL. Mr. Gribbin moved for leave to sell certain real property in the estate of Roberb Ridling, deceased. In this case three of the persons interested (the beneficiares, who consented) the fourth was dead, and the mother was nob living, and tho three who consented wore now the only beneficiarea. Tho order was granted. HULL V. MCLEAN. Mr. Mahony moved on summons to show cause why tho question of law should nob bo specially argued. Mr. S. Hesketh appeared for the defendant. His Honor asked what) was tho question of law. Mr. Mahony said ib was whether His Honor had jurisdiction to try the case as the parties were out of jurisdiction. It was an important question, and they thoughb ib should be settlod. If tho defendant succeeded ib was simply an end of the case so far as the colony was concomed. Mr. Hesketh did nob object to tho application, and the order was granted an prayed, the date of hearing of argument to be fixed, and the questions of law to be framed by counsel. No coats were allowed.
