London, May 26. Mr. Reynolds has arranged to open an auction mart for colonial cheese and butter, as he is convinced that the open market is the only true test of its value, and the only guarantee that producers secure the highest prices. (Several leading financial institutions co-operate with Mr. Reynolds, who sails for the colonies, via San Franoisco, shortly, to explain his scheme to exporters.
