THE OPIUM COMMISSION. ' '

RUMOURS OF DISSOLUTION.

SPEECH BY MR. BALFOUR. Press Association.—Electric Telegraph.—

London, May 26. In the House of Commons Mr. Pease's motion attacking the Opium Commission was negatived.
