London, January 16. A MAJORITY of the committee appointed by the shareholders of the Bank of South Australia, are in favour of proceeding by civil action to recover dividend paid from capital.
The Courts refused an injunction applied for by the Union Bank to restrain the official liquidator from issuing reports. _______________
