Wellington, Tuesday. . The annual report of the Wellington Gas
Company reoommonds the payment of a dividend of five per cent., making 10 per cenb. for the year; £2000 is wribten off bhe plant, and £1791 carried forward. The net price of gas for lighting is now reduced to 6s 3d per 1000 cubic feet.
