A SUGGESTION.
TO THE EDITOR. Would it be feasible to make a collection for the poor every Sunday evening at eight o'clock by passing round a money-box at the Public Library in both rooms? I think we who visit it would be as willing to give as church-goers are.— am, etc., ; One of No Creed.
