" Visitor " writest re dividends short paid at the recent Onslow Trotting Club Meeting, After giving instances, he says:— "l have heard that some of these deficits have since been paid, but supposing that these curious little errors had never been discovered by the public ? I think it would be only common courtesy to the public that notices re deficient dividends should be duly posted, so that others than those immediately connected with the club might have a chance, to secure their rightful dividends.
