London, April 5. Scott, the missing witness in the Ardlamont murder case, has surrendered to the police. London, April 7. Scott, of Ardlamont fame, has informed theeditor of the Pall Mall Gazette that in order to put an end to his existence as an outlaw, he went to Scotland Yard, but in the absence of a warrant the Inspector refused to take him into custody.
