QUEENSLAND RAILWAY SCHEME.
Press Association.Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.
London, April 5. There is no indication that Sir Thomas Mcll wraith has achieved any success in connection with his proposed Land Grant Railway Companies. The promoters require a guarantee and a small dividend during the progress of the work, and they hesitate to incur the cost of forming companies and to undertake surveys without adequate assurance that they are likely to be recouped for the expenses entailed.
