Bash, K.M.] Drunkenness. — One first offender .ft* drunkenness was discharged with a cau* tion, and a second forfeited his bail e! 20" Prohibition Order.—On the application of Sergeant Bernard a prohibition order was granted against Felix Murphy and Ellen Louisa Murphy, for twelve months. The sergeant stated that Murphy and his wife had been drinking heavily for some time past, and their home had got in a deplorable condition. The children had been neglected, and some nights were obliged to stay out on tlwj streets, owing to the quarrels of their parents. Dksstitute Persons act.— Henry Gongriff was charged with having unlawfully deserted his wife, Meta Marian Gongriff, and left her without adequate means of support. The complainant stated that her husband had left her iboat four months ago, and had.not since contributed towards her support.
