Miss Ada War drop's cookery class will be held to-day, the subject being "Savoury Joints." The special high class entree lesson is changed from to-day till to-morrow. The usual entertainment at the Burns Club will be held this evening, in the Masonic Hall, Newton. The Town Clerk notifies elsewhere that unless meter water supplies are paid for by Wednesday next, supplies will be cut off. In this semi-tropical climate one of the greatest dangers to De guarded against is constipation. Electric Blood Renewer is the best antidote to take on account of its beneficial effect upon the whole system. This is a New Remedy and sufferers should refuse all others.
