MELINITE SHELLS USED. FEARS FOR FRENCH REINFORCEMENTS. Press Association.— Telegraph..— Paris, October 22. The French troops in Dahomey are using melinite shells with awful effect. Six hundred men have been sent from the coast to reinforce the troops. In Paris some alarm is felt for the safety of the expedition.
