He will not receive another Governorship, and will probably settle in Tasmania. UNFOUNDED CHARGES. SSydnby, August 2. The Royal Commission appointed to inquire into the charges levelled by Mr. Schey, M.L.A., against Mr. Eddy, and the other Railway Commissioners, have submitted their report to His Excellency the Governor. They declared the charges to be false, and without any foundation whatever. THE BROKEN HILL MINES. Sydney, August 2. The nianager of the Proprietary mine states that the terms of the notice to the miners have expired, and the owners are now free to take what action, they deem necessary to * ovk the mines.
