A QUACK ARRESTED. St. Petersburg, May 16. As a result of the post mortem on Gresser's body, Gatchlonsky, the quack who administered medicine to him, has been arrested.
THE FRENCH TARIFF. Paris, May 16. Owing to the introduction of the new tariff French exports have declined sixty-two millions.
OPENING OF MUSEUMS ON SUNDAYS. London, May 15. The Bishop of Rochester presented and supported a petition to Convocation. praying that museums and picture galleries should be opened on Sundays. The petition was referred to a committee.
