The defendant) explained that lie had no wish to avoid payment, but, being late, had no time to purchase a ticket. A line of 5s and costs was inflictcd. Maintenance. — Henry McGinn ' was charged with having failed to comply with ' *|sjf an order of the Court for the maintenance ' ■ of his wife., having allowed the sum of £52 to be in arrears. Defendant did not appear. Mr. Cotter appeared for tho complainant, and stated that the wife was desirous rather of urging contributions for the future than to press for tho payment of >3 arrears.
