The following cases are set down for hearing at the civil sittings of the Supreme Court which will commence at the close of the present circuit sittings : — WITH A SPECIAL JURY OF TWELVE. Pierce Lanigan for £1426 5s balance of wages due for services tendered. WITHOUT JURY. Harry Meyer v. Patrick Gleeson, £200 damages for assault. Thames Harbour Board v. Bagnall Brothers and Co., £103 10s 2d, wharfage does. St. John's College Trust Board v. John Pilkington and Norah Stockley for possession of certain lands, and for £500 damages. Harry Kinniard Hovell v. John Lynch for £141 123 6d, for damages for assault, &c. George Henry Short v. James Hendry for £100 6 2d, amount of a cheque. Counterclaim between the same parties for £1 15s 10d, balance of account.
