HOTELS AT FEATHERS TONE.
[by telegraph.— press association.] Wellington, Tuesday. At Featherstone the police reported unfavourably of the manner in which all the hotels in the borough had been conducted, and the chairman of the licensing committee said thab if the bouses were nob bebber conducted during the next twelve months they would bo closed, if ib wore within law.
