There was a fair attendance at. the Bowling Green on Saturday afternoon. The following games were played :—Messrs. Hardie, Hooper, Frater, Patterson (skip), 25 v. Mr. French presided, and in the absence of the Band of Hope pianist (Mr. A. Trenwifch), Muss M arson kindly accompanied the uintrer«. The following are the names of the friends who took part: Misses Moon, Clarke, London, McKenzie, Howell, YVrigley ; Messrs. Vinnicorabe and Seale.
