Sir, —It is evident from what is transpiring at Wellington that an effort will now be made to punish the Railway Commissioners for the stand they took during the strike. Mr. Rees' presence in the House will be availed of to do the business. Will the lawabiding section of the public sit by and-do nothing.—l am, &c., Citizen - .
