There was a very large attendance, and competition was keen for all classes, everything being solfl under the hammer with the exception of two pens, which were sold immediately after. The dairy stock sold at prices ranging from 3As to £5 2s 6d. Mrs. I<eitch's cows caused spirited bidding, averaging within a little of £4 per head.
