The installation of officers of Lodge Prince of Wales was held at Freemasons' Hall, Princes-street, on Thursday night. There were seventy eight) brethren present. Brother E. Davies, the retiring past-master, officiated as installing officer, and was subsequently presented, on behalf of the lodge, with a P.M. jewel. The following officers were installed Brother S. M. Herapath, W.M.; Brother E. Davies, I.P.M. ; Brother W. Hooker, S. W. Brother S. Gilbert, J. W.; Brother Rev. C. M. Nelson, P.M., chaplain ; Brother H. F. Windsor, P.M., treasurer ; Brother J. P. Clark, M., secretary ; Brother James Pirie, organist; Brother W. S. Furby, S.D. ; Brother J. L. Wilson, J.D. ; Brother H. W. Moore, D.C. ; Brother J. Shackelford, 1.G.; Brother A. Shackleford, S.S. ; Brother W. C. Nairn, J.S. ; Brother E. Totige, tyler. A spread was partaken of in the lower hall after the ceremonies, and the usual loyal and masonic toasts was proposed.
