THE SAN FRANCISCO MAIL VICE.
Washington. September 12. The Chairman of the Post Oliice Committee, in the Senate, will move a resolution allowing transport of the Australasian and British mails between New York and San Francisco being carried on the railway at reduced rates, with the view of maintaining the mail service with New Zealand and New South Wales.
