Press Association.—Electric Telegraph.—Copyright Buenos Ayres, July 27. Tiie towns of Buenos Ayres, Santa Fe, and Cordova are in a state of siege. Pellegrini is exercising executive power. President Celman lias gone to the provinces to collect troops, and will attack {Buenos Ayres if the rebels aw successful. General Campos, who was recently imprisoned for conspiracy, was rescued by the rebels, and placed in command. He is supported by the Revolutionary Committee, who have issued a manifesto, announcing that they are determined to remove President Celman's Government. Sailors are defending Government House with the mitrailleuse. Heaps of police and soldiers ara lying dead in the streets. It is reported that the Minister of War has been killed. The rebels repulsed two attacks and wounded the Chief of Police. The Government are expecting reinforcements from Lavate. Later. The insurgents are reported to bo getting the upper hand. The populace is favourable to "the malcontents. The navy is neutral and the military divided.
