The weekly returns of the Bank of England, published to-day, show the total reserve in notes and bullion to be £13,005,600, being a decrease of £510,000 as compared with the previous week. The proportion of reserve to liabilities is 42.1 per cent. New Zealand 4 per cent, inscribed stock is IOGf, and the 3h per cents. 98$. New Zealand hemp, good medium quality is £22 10s to £22 15s.
