[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION*.] Waxgaxoi, Wednesday. The Herald publishes a statement that the flax-millers have received word from London buyers through Wellington agents that they will buy no more flax for tho present. It is believed this is duo to the fact that tho output has boon so largo, and with tho orders now on hand, tho stocks have accumulated.
