[BY TEIiKGBAPII. — fKISSS ASSOCIATION'.] DuNKDiN, Thursday. The fierce attack made recently by tho Financial Newu in London on the Harhour Boards of New Zealand was referred to at the Harbour Board meeting to-day. It was pointed out that the writer, who complained of balance-sheets not being , published, could not have made enquiries, but commented on the tibstracts published by the Government. The Ota go Board's balance-sheets, except, the last, have always been published in pamphlet form mid sent to London for circulation. It was decided to print the last balance-sheet in the same form, but to take no further notice of the attack.
