In the course of an interview, Signor Crispi, the Italian Premier, expressed himself confident of the defensive strength of Italy, and protested that Italy was careless of the hostility of France. The Parisian press are protesting against any renewals of the negotiations with Italy for a commercial reciprocal treaty.
