Lochiel claimed some little attention for the Auckland Cup yesterday, but the move in his favour was not sufficiently strong to warrant the conclusion that his party were connected with the investment; and from what we can learn there is some doubt of his being sent up to fulfil his engagement. The following are the prices on offer : —4 to 1 Man ton, 4to 1 Son of a Gun, 6 to 1 Hilda, 7 to 1 Lochiel, 8 to I Nelson.
