Our cable messages this morning show that some remarkable evidence has been given before the Parnell Commission by Captain O'Shea, at one time a member of the I'iirnellite party in the House of Commons, and on intimate terms with the leader. He identified the signature to the alleged forged letters as that of Mr. Parnell, and made a statement of Mr. Parnell'B knowledge of the acts of the notorious Sheridan during the reign of terror an 1 crime in Ireland. Captain O'Shea added ♦•■hat when he discovered that Mr. Parnell was cognisant of the doings of that person, he ordered the leader of the Irish perty out of hip room.
