Public Notices. That the Company shall, subject to the performance of the restrictions, conditions, and regulations herein and in the said Deed of Assent and Agreement contained, have the exclusive right to > run cars along the course and within the lines now ' granted. (7) That nothing in this Order shall prevent the said Boards, respectively or jointly, from making from time to time any regulations or by-laws which they as local authorities are empowered to make by Section 47 of the said Tramways Act. 1 (5) That in case the Company shall at any time s hereafter tail or neglect to observe, per- « form, or keep ail or singular the condi--1 tions, requirements, and provisions of tho 1 said Tramways Act, or any other Act for e the time being in force relating to tram--1 ways, and of this Order to the full intent of the same, or any part thereof, or to 1 observe any by-laws, rules, or regulations 1 which may from time to time bo made or • passed under or by virtue of the provisions of the Tramways Act, 1572, or any other > Act or Acts for the time beinp; in force 1 relating to tramways, then in audition to 1 the imposition of the penalties hereinbefore referred to, it shall be lawful for the Governor for the time being of tho | Colony of New Zealand by Order-in-Coun- ' cil to revoke and annul this Order, and tho • rights, powers, and privileges hereby '• granted. ) And I do hereby further direct that sections 30 to . 41, both inclusive of tho Tramways Act, 1872, shall apply to the tramway hereby authorised to bo con- [ structed ; and Ido further order and direct that ,- Parts 11. and 111. of Tramways Act, 1572, shall bo ! 1 deemed to be incorporated with the Order hereby made. SCHEDULE. [ Maximum scale of tolls and charges which may be [ demanded and taken by tho Company in respect of the said tramway. 1 PASSENGERS. Between the hours of 7.30 a..m. and i 7.30 p.m., both inclusive, for each passenger for the whole or any i part, of the said route .. .. Threepence.
