EXTRACT FROM THE LATE EMPEROR'S DIARY. [press association.] London, September 21. Extracts from the late Emperor Frederick's diary have been published in Berlin. From these extracts it is shown that he initiated the project of the federation of the German States against the opposition of his father and Prince Bismarck.
