AN ENGLISH OFFICER MURDERED. [PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Rangoon, September 20. _ The Dacoits are still troublesome in
Buimah. Lieutenant C. Deßeere, of the Royal Engineers, has been murdered, and several officers and men wounded. All the outrages have apparently been committed by the same band of Dacoits.
