KAIPARA. August 2.The brig Wild Wave sailed for Sydney this morning, ;uul the schooner Lizzie Guy took her departure for Wellington. HOKIANGA. August 2.—Arrived: The schooner Queen, from Auckland. * RUSSELL. August 2.—The s.s. Clansman sailed for Auckland to-dav. Her passengers are : Mr. Crene, Miss Tinnie. The Stormbitd, for I Auckland via Whang.\rei, also left. A strong breeze is blowing from the northward. WELLINGTON. August 2. —Arrived •. S.s. Wakatipu, from Sydney: s.s. Taiyuan, from the South. Sailed: S.s. Wakatipu, for the South ; s.s. Rotorua. for the North. Passengers : Messrs. Carver and Bramley, and 4 steerage. LYTTELTOX. August "2.—Sailed : S.s. Te Anau, for the North. Passengers : Me idames Stamps ami child, Beetham and child, Messrs. Pritchard, Norman, Henley, Wilson, Briton, Stamps, Kirby. S.s. Takapuna, for Dunedin. S.s. Rosamond, for Grevmom'.h. S.s. Orowaiti tuid Wareatea, for Westpovt. PORT CHALMERS. August 2.—Arrived : S.s. Grafton, from Westport. Sailed : S.s. Rimutaka, for Lyttelton. In addition to wool, skins, etc., she has 9800 carcases frozen mutton. BLUFF. August 2. —The Mauapouri arrived at 7.30 a.m., and sailed for Melbourne at 5 p.m., with 229 passengers, equal to 208J adults. The native footballers were passengers.
