Bevege, Colcott; J. D. Wickham, G. Aldridge, A. Anderson, Clarke, J. Anderson, McMillan, M. Danaher, Hart, J. Danaher, Master Mayor, and 16 steerage. —Union 8.3. Co., agents. IMPORTS. Per s.s. Clenelg : 280 sheep, 5 cases, and 5 sacks bacon and 12 packages butter. Per s.s Takapuna: 60 sacks potatoes, 20 cases apples 12 bales flax, 2 bundles trees, 18 cases butter, 4 cases cheese, and 21 sundry packages. The Northern Co.'s s.s. Glenelg, from New Plymouth Breakwater, arrived on Saturday with cargo and passengers. She leaves again according to advertisement in another column.
The g Union Co.'s s.s. Takapuna, 930 tons, Captair J. Grant, from the South, arrived at 4_o clock yesterday morning. She left Dunedin at 4 rj.m. on the 25th ultimo, and arrived at Lytteiton at 8 a.m. on the 26th; sailed for Wellington at 9 p.m.., and arrived at 11 a.m. on the27th ; left again at 1 p.m on the 28th, called at Picton and arrived at Nelson at 11 a.m. on the 29th ; sailed for Taranaki at 1 p.m., and arrived at 9.30 a.m. on the 30th: left again for the Manukau at 2 p.m., crossed the bar at 2 a.m. on the Ist hist., and arrived as above. Experienced fresh variable wind.s $ with fine weather throughout-
