[PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Monday. In all the city and suburban districts the local option polling has been against an increase of licensed houses or additional New Zealand wine licenses. The Wellington Patent Slip Company declare a dividend of five per cent. The company are making arrangements to undertake themselves all the necessary repairs to vessels, which hitherto have been carried out by local foundries.
