[BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] I)rxEDi.v, Tuesday. A SOUTH-WESTERLY gale, with frequent rain and hail, prevailed throughout the whole of the day, with intense cold. This evening the wind fell, but rain, with vivid lightning and thunder, took its place.
