STATE OF HIS HEALTH.
[rRESS ASSOCIATION.] Berlin, March 22. The Emperor's health is much better, and the general indications _of the disease from which he is suffering give hope that a decided improvement has taken place. London, March 22. The Prince of Wales has stated that from the surrounding circumstances he is convinced that the Emperor Frederick's malady must prove fatal. The Queen has received Baron Vaulse, special envoy of the Emperor Frederick.
