San Remo, February 22. The condition of the Crown Prince has much improved since last reports, and he is much better in general health.
Berlin, February 22.
Prince Bismarck has submitted .a Regency Bill, owing to the advanced age and feeble health of the Emperor.
Berlin, February 23.
The latest bulletin issued respecting the Crown Prince states that he is rather better.
