HARBOUR BOARD.-SPECIAL MEETING.
The Board met at seven o'clock last evening. Prevent: Messrs. W. R. Waddel (presiding), Laßoehe, Nathan, Devore, Button, Henderton, Winks, Stone, Niccol, and McKenzie. The Board proceeded to consider as to the •evision of by-laws and tariff, and resolved into committee, In committee the proposed by-laws and tariff were considered and diaensted. The Board having resumed, the proceedings in oommittee were adopted. The amended by-laws and tariff will come up for final adoption on Thursday, 29th inst. It was decided that the next meeting of the Board will take place on Thursday, 29ib sit., instead of Tuesday, 27th inst., the uual day of meeting, on account of the holidays.
