London, December 15. The prospectus of the Kilkivan Mining Co., with a capital of £100,000, has been issued.

Sir Graham Berry, Agent-General for Victoria, has protested against .France continuing the deportation of recidivistes to New Caledonia, and has urged the French Government to at least abstain from further shipments pending the result of friendly parleying.
