Sir Charles Gavan Dufly has devised a Home Rule constitution for Ireland, mainly founded on the constitutions of the colonies.

A deputation of members of the House of Commons will visit the United States in October to present a memorial to the House of Congress in favour of a treaty for the settlement of disputes by arbitration.
