RESIGNATION OF A BOROUGH COUNCIL.
[BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Dunedin, Tuesday. At a meeting of the St. Kilda Borough Council this evening, a motion was declared carried unanimously that tho whole of the councillors should resign, on the gronnd of not being able to work together. Some remarks mode as to smuggling an account first led to the Finance Committee resigning ; then the chairman ; the Works Committee did likewise, and then the suggestion that all should resign was adopted,
