James Flanaghan.—A meeting of creditors in thie estate was held yesterday at the office ■of the Offloial Assignee, at eleven o'clook. The creditors present expressed sympathy with the debtor in hie misfortune, and passed the following resolution :—"That the debtor be allowed to retain his stock-in-■trado, tools, and furniture of tho estimated value of £31 10s; he paying all the bankruptcy costa; and that hie discharge be not opposed." M, It, Cubnow, —A meeting of creditors in thia estate was held at half-past two p.m., and the following resolution was passed :— .'• That this meeting see no good, reason for opposing the debtor, and desire the Assignee to facilitate his discharge. , '
