__ « [BY TELEGRAPH— PRKSS ASSOCIATION.] Dunkdin, Thursday. At the annual meeting of tho New Zealand Drug Company— Mr. B. Sievewright presiding— the directors' recommendation of a dividend of seven per cent, was adopted. The Chairman stated that the directors had considered the question of establishing boards of advice, or local boards, at the branches, and had come to the conclusion that it could not be carried out with advantage. Messrs. A. Felton and W. Elder wore elected directors, and the auditors were also reelected.
