THE SANDHURST EXPLOSION

[reciter's telegram.] Melbourne, February 24. By the explosion at Sandhurst sir operatives have lost their lives, the bodies being literally roasted. Two other workmen ware seriously injured. Later. Another death has Occurred from injuries received at the fire. The manager, Mr. Roehumaan, remains in a critical state. The origin of the explosion has not yet been explained. The damage amounts to £4000. The building was uninsured.
